Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.dmaworld.in, including orders delivered within India and internationally.

 

1. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number, photos of the item and its packaging, and a short description of the problem.

Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, as you prefer. DMA WORLD pays the return shipping cost for damaged, defective or wrong items.

 

2. Change-of-mind returns

If you no longer need an item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, not installed, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories. Please contact us before sending it back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Items that have been installed, wired, programmed or used cannot be returned for change of mind.

  • Items damaged by incorrect installation, wrong power supply or misuse are not eligible for return.

  • Special-order items that are clearly marked as non-returnable in your quotation cannot be returned for change of mind.

 

3. How to return an item

  • Email manisha@dmaworld.in or WhatsApp +91 9783031340 with your order number and the reason for return.

  • We will confirm the return and share the return address.

  • Pack the item securely and send it by courier or post. Please keep the tracking number. Returns are accepted by mail or courier only.

 

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective or wrong items. For change-of-mind returns, we can exchange the item for another product if it is in stock; any price difference will be charged or refunded.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days to your original payment method (including bank transfer or PayPal). Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

For damaged, defective or wrong items, the refund includes the original shipping charges. For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charges are not refunded.

 

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us. We will refund the full amount within 7 working days. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under section 2.

 

7. International orders

This policy also applies to international orders. For change-of-mind returns from outside India, the customer pays the return shipping cost and any customs charges. Import duties and taxes paid in the destination country are not refundable by DMA WORLD.
