Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we ship orders placed on www.dmaworld.in.

 

1. Where we ship

We ship across India and worldwide.

 

2. Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days after payment is received. For items that are out of stock or specially sourced, the dispatch time will be confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation.

 

3. Delivery time

• India: approximately 5 working days after dispatch.

• International: approximately 7-15 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur because of courier, customs, weather or other reasons outside our control.

 

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges for each order are shown at checkout before you pay. For international and bulk orders, shipping is quoted per order based on weight and destination.

 

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

 

6. Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country are payable by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise in your quotation.

 

7. Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

8. Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has missing items or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
