1. About us
This website, www.dmaworld.in (the "Website"), is operated by DMA WORLD, Panipat, Haryana, India ("DMA WORLD", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website, creating an account, requesting a quote or placing an order, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Who we sell to
We supply electrical and mechanical spare parts and accessories for industrial and textile machinery, mainly to businesses such as textile mills, factories, workshops, service engineers and resellers. Individual buyers are also welcome. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Please keep your login details confidential and your account information (including company name and GST number) accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that provides false information or misuses the Website.
4. Product information and compatibility
We try to describe our products accurately, including photos, part numbers, specifications and compatibility. Product photos are for reference and the actual item may differ slightly in colour, markings or packaging.
Many of our products are replacement parts for specific machines. Please check compatibility before ordering. If you send us your machine make, model and the part number or a photo, we will help you confirm the right part. We are not responsible for an incorrect part ordered for an incompatible machine unless we confirmed compatibility in writing.
5. Quotations
Quotations sent through our Request a Quote form, email or WhatsApp are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to stock availability at the time of order. Prices, lead times and shipping costs may change after the validity period.
6. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the Website is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods or confirm acceptance in writing. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing or description error is found, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
7. Prices, GST and invoices
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST and shipping charges are shown at checkout or in your quotation.
We issue a GST tax invoice for every order. To claim input tax credit, please enter your correct GSTIN and registered business name at checkout or in your account before placing the order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the GSTIN you provide. Once an invoice has been reported in our GST returns, it can only be corrected in the ways permitted under GST law.
8. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For business, bulk and international orders we also accept bank transfer and PayPal, as agreed in your quotation. Orders are processed after payment is received unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing.
9. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India and worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier, customs or other factors outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges in the destination country are payable by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in the quotation.
10. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any transit damage, missing items or wrong items within 15 days of delivery.
11. Technical support
Installation and setup guidance is provided free with our products by email, phone or WhatsApp. Our support is advisory. Parts should be installed by qualified personnel, and installation and use of parts on your machines is at your own risk.
12. Trademarks and content
All content on the Website, including text, photos, logos and guides, belongs to DMA WORLD or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Brand names and machine makes mentioned on the Website (for example GOTEK, Bonas or Staubli) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. DMA WORLD is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands unless stated.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems, upload viruses or malicious code, or copy or scrape Website content by automated means.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DMA WORLD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, profit or business, or machine downtime, arising from the use of our products or the Website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Panipat, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
